Zip Ladder

The ZIP [retractable] ladder provides the simple solution to ceiling and loft access. Incorporating deep and wide anti-slip treads, a counterbalance spring & actuator ensures that the stairway can be operated with remote control and manually with a minimum effort.

Features

The TISolutionz ZIP ladder is complete with white insulated hatch, wooden ladder box, metal finishing lining and quick-installation brackets. The scissors ladder construction takes less space allowing the ladder to be installed in smaller openings.
