Used when a fire rating of up to 240 minutes (EN 1634-4) or 90 minutes (UL-EU) is required.

Commonly used where there are high wind conditions or where a large clear opening is required.

Often used where convenient access to large equipment is required.

This product is installed onto an existing upstand or used when a replacement is required.

A more sustainable option when compared to electrically operated standard roof access hatch.
